In one prepaid session you upload 1–5 job-site photos + a short unforeseen-condition note, pick a trade default pack (HVAC / plumbing / GC), and get a customer-ready change-order draft — reason wording, scope lines, cost placeholders, and an approval block.

How we fulfill (honest): During this falsification period, a person reviews your photos + note and drafts the CO using trade default packs. If demand holds, we productize later. You’re buying the draft artifact, not a score PDF.

No. You own the final numbers, wording, and whether you send it. We’re drafting a working CO document from your field inputs and trade defaults.
No. We use them to draft, then delete after the delivery window unless you ask us to retain them.

If you don’t send photos + note within 5 days after one reminder, full refund on request.
After payment, reply to the confirmation with your photos and note. We’ll send your first draft within one business day.
